Contract Documents are the set of materials that define the roles and responsibilities of the parties involved in the bidding, fabrication, and erection of structural steel. In accordance with the definition shown above, from AISC 303 – Code of Standard Practice for Steel Buildings and Bridges, these documents include the signed contract, technical specifications, and design documents such as drawings and 3D models.
